Elote blanco (white corn) is so popular in Mexico you won't be able to walk down a street without see a vender selling this Mexican delicacy. Not to be confused with the sweetcorn we have here, this corn has a more savoury taste. Serve with chilli, lime, salt, cream and cheese to create that Mexican street food flavour!
